Jill founded and runs coachability, a coaching practice which began in San Diego, California in 2000. Jill’s clients have included companies such as Amgen, eBay, Dell, Gap Inc., Freightliner and Sequoia Capital. Clients come to Jill looking for ways to enhance their professional lives through clarity of purpose and access to the best available coaching systems in the business world. Through a partnership with Worth Ethic Corporation (www.worthethic.com), Jill researched Alpha Males and piloted a program to coach Alpha Males and Females in the business world. This program was so successful that it was covered by multiple news media, including the Harvard Business Review.

Jill's educational background includes undergraduate degrees in Economics and Spanish from Marshall University and Oxford University and a Master’s of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee.

She also works with several non-profit charities, including the Citizens Commission on Human Rights and Applied Scholastics. She is a member of Women’s Economic Ventures in Ventura County and recently won the Women’s Economic Ventures “Bloomers” award for the most successful woman-owned business. She performs strategic planning workshops for non-profits to promote productivity and success within the non-profit world.

Jill has been a frequent guest lecturer, invited to speak at universities and hospitals, including the University of California at San Diego, on topics such as stress and ethics, as well as how to work with difficult people in business. She has trained multiple hundreds of corporate employees on a wide variety of leadership development issues. Her seminars were the top-rated leadership development activities at several of her client companies.

In the late 1990s, Larry founded his own venture capital firm, ARC Equities, which raised capital and instituted IPOs for start-up companies. The vast majority of the companies went public under ARC Equities.

In 1999, Larry founded another company, General Pacific Properties, a real estate firm and mortgage loan brokerage which covers Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. General Pacific has done close to a billion dollars in sales since its inception. Larry just opened his newest branch office of General Pacific in Malibu, California, this year.

Larry’s consulting work began in 1999 when others began coming to him for advice. Seeing Larry’s natural talent for business and making profits, he found himself consulting with a variety of businesses from other real estate firms to entertainment industry firms. Larry has continued his consulting through the years and we are thrilled to have such a seasoned businessman as a part of our corporate and executive coaching team.
