The purpose of 360° Assessments is to identify and handle blind spots. Any executive has had his or her challenges with repeated limiting patterns. Changing these patterns is dependent upon new self-perception and awareness created during the assessment process.
Our approach is the most thorough and diversified assessment process on the market. We look first at a standardized test which shows the nine key areas which can affect business performance. Then we gather feedback from 360 degrees around each executive and present an extremely detailed report and development recommendations. One executive called this process a “thorough scrubbing” of his executive skills.

Finally, we perform targeted, expert coaching which includes benchmarks for progress and resources for continued development. In every development plan, we include ways of measuring outcomes so you can view your own progress.
